This evening Jon and I took Stefanie out to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. Stefanie had her first taste of salsa, and then fried ice cream. Stefie thinks there is nothing better than salsa, and she is a spicy girl! The salsa was very mild, and we have not let Stefie have anything really hot and spicy, just yet. The look on Stefanie's face eating salsa for the first time was hysterical. I could not stop laughing as Jon tried to video Stefanie. We had a really great night out. Stefanie gave the restaurant a five star rating!
