I am so happy to announce on September 27th (Jon's Birthday), our Dossier was mailed to China! Our dossier was ready to be mailed to China a few days earlier and normally I would have not done anything to change this as it took us 9 months to get all of our documents together, but I asked our agency to hold off mailing it until Jon’s Birthday. What a special birthday Jon had finding out our dossier went to China. I had a hard time not telling him all day. We will be waiting approximately two months before we find out our log in date. We do not plan to hear anything about baby Kailey until November, 2009. I hope my estimate is wrong and our time passes quickly for all adoptive families waiting to bring our babies home.
